About the Event
The Guild members meet on the first Sunday of every month (except January) from 1pm to 4pm.
Access to Ross House requires a door code which changes each meeting. Each month's door code can be found in the Guild newsletter emailed out prior to the meeting. If you missed out on a newsletter, or are interested in attending a meeting please post a message or email your request to newsletter2024.hkcgvic@gmail.com .
Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided (Gluten-free and lactose-free options available).
Attendees are asked to pay $3 on the day to help cover venue and catering costs.
No payment is requied for the December meeting.
We ask for an extra $2 charity donation at the May meeting.
The December meeting includes a celebration lunch - attendees are asked to bring a plate to share (savoury or sweet).
The Guild Library is open from 11am until 4pm on meeting days.
The Guild Committee meets before each meeting at 11:30am, in the Rainbow room (next door to main meeting room). Interested guild members are welcome to attend these meetings.
